Find Images
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Find Images is a reverse image search utility. It lets you add images to a local library and open searches through third-party image search providers.
Local library
Images you add are stored on your device and shared with the app's share extension through the app group. Find Images does not create user accounts, run ads, or use analytics.
Reverse searches
When you search a local image, Find Images compresses it to a JPEG and uploads it to a temporary public URL so the selected search provider can fetch it. Images added from a web URL use that original URL instead.
Temporary hosting
For local-image searches, Find Images may use Litterbox/Catbox or 0x0.st to create a temporary public file URL. These services process uploads under their own privacy policies and terms. Temporary public URLs may remain accessible while the host keeps them available.
Third-party services
The temporary or original image URL is sent to the provider you choose. Supported providers include Google Image Search, Bing Visual Search, Yandex Images, TinEye, and SauceNAO. These providers are independent services and process requests under their own privacy policies and terms.
Deletion
Deleting an image in Find Images removes the local copy and thumbnail from the app library. It does not delete temporary URLs that were already uploaded or records kept by third-party hosting or search services.
Your responsibility
Only use images you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to search. Do not upload private, confidential, sensitive, illegal, restricted, or harmful images.
