Terms of Service

99Posts is provided by STRICS IT GmbH, Florian-Gmainer-Strasse 4, 4240 Freistadt, Austria. By downloading, subscribing to or using 99Posts, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree. If local law requires parental consent at a higher age, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You must also meet the minimum age and account requirements of every connected social platform.

99Posts lets you connect supported YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts, upload short-form video, configure platform metadata, schedule posts, coordinate selected collaborations and review normalized post insights. One account group represents one creator or brand identity and can contain up to one connected account per supported platform.

Features depend on official third-party APIs, permissions, provider review and the connected account type. A field or publishing method may be unavailable for a particular account or platform even when it appears elsewhere in the app.

Scheduling requires an active monthly auto-renewing subscription. Hobby currently includes one account group, one scheduled post and scheduling up to 24 hours ahead. Pro includes two account groups, ten scheduled posts, scheduling up to one week ahead and collaborations. MAX includes ten account groups, one hundred scheduled posts, scheduling up to 60 days ahead and collaborations.

The product, local price, taxes, billing period and exact features shown by Apple and in the purchase screen before confirmation control your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple may charge the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewal; access normally continues until the current paid period ends. Deleting the app or your 99Posts account does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize 99Posts to use the permissions you grant to retrieve account information, upload and publish selected content, add supported metadata or comments, check publication status and retrieve insights.

You are responsible for maintaining access to each provider account and for reviewing permissions. You can disconnect in 99Posts or revoke access through the provider. Revocation, password changes, expired tokens, provider security checks or account restrictions can prevent a scheduled post from publishing.

You retain your rights in videos, covers, captions and other material you submit. You grant STRICS IT GmbH a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, adapt to provider requirements and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure and support 99Posts.

You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, disclosures, locations, collaborators, audience settings and other instructions, and for checking the final post on each platform. You must have all necessary copyright, music, trademark, privacy, publicity and other rights before uploading or publishing content.

You are responsible for correctly identifying paid partnerships, promotional content, your own brand and other commercial relationships and for following advertising, consumer-protection and platform-specific disclosure rules.

Do not use 99Posts to publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, exploitative or otherwise prohibited content. You must follow the terms, community standards, API policies, music rules and rate limits of YouTube, Meta, Instagram and TikTok. A platform may reject, limit, remove or alter content independently of 99Posts.

99Posts submits content at or near the selected time. YouTube may use its native private-upload and publish-at flow for eligible public posts; Instagram and TikTok are submitted when due. Actual public availability can be delayed by upload time, media processing, moderation, provider queues, token refresh, network failures or outages.

A successful 99Posts status means the provider accepted or reported the corresponding operation; it is not a guarantee that the post remains publicly available. Review scheduled and published statuses and keep enough time for important campaigns. Do not rely on 99Posts as the only copy of original media.

Pro and MAX users can invite another account group to participate in a post. Each participant controls the supported platform targets for accounts they manage. Inviting a group shares the post schedule and relevant publishing details with that group's owner.

Every participant is responsible for its own accounts, permissions, subscription and publishing choices. Resolve approvals, timing, rights and commercial terms directly with collaborators before scheduling. 99Posts does not act as an agent or contracting party between collaborators.

Insights are normalized from values reported by social platforms and can be delayed, incomplete, estimated, unavailable or calculated differently between platforms. They are informational and do not guarantee reach, revenue or future performance.

Do not automate or scrape 99Posts, bypass App Check, subscriptions, rate limits or publishing safeguards, share credentials or transaction proofs, probe other accounts, interfere with the service, upload malware, or reverse engineer protected backend behavior except where law expressly permits it.

We may throttle, reject, quarantine, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, excessive cost, security incidents, provider-policy violations, unlawful activity or harm. Limits can vary by feature and may change to preserve reliability or comply with provider requirements.

99Posts depends on Apple, Google Firebase and Google Cloud, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, internet connectivity and provider approvals. APIs, scopes, quotas, review status, supported fields, account eligibility, processing behavior and prices can change, fail or be discontinued without our control.

We may update or remove features and change reasonable service limits. Where a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular publication time, permanent storage or continued availability of any third-party integration.

You can disconnect platforms and delete your 99Posts account in Account settings. Account deletion removes server-side account data as described in the Privacy Policy but does not cancel an Apple subscription or remove content already published to a social platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security threats, unpaid or expired access, provider requirements or legal obligations. Provisions concerning licences already exercised, payment, liability, dispute resolution and legally required retention survive where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99Posts is provided without guarantees that a provider will accept content, publish at an exact time, preserve a post or report accurate insights. STRICS IT GmbH is not liable for indirect loss, lost reach or revenue, platform enforcement, missed campaign timing, collaborator conduct or failure to keep your own media copy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranty, withdrawal, product, data-protection or consumer rights, or liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury where applicable.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider or product changes. Material changes will be communicated where required, and a new version and effective date will be published.

Austrian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Contact STRICS IT GmbH at hello@strics.at.
